- Technical issues preventing the proper utilization of our platform.
- Unresolved issues despite reasonable assistance from our support team.

- Cancellation is effective immediately, and access to the platform will cease at the end of the current billing period.
Changes to Subscription Plans:
- Changes to subscription plans (upgrades, downgrades, or modifications) can be made at any time. Adjustments to billing will occur at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
